There is an introduction by the editor and illustrations by various artists. 900 copies were distributed free at the 1991 World Fantasy Convention in Tucson AZ. A “retail” signed, numbered, slipcased edition of 300 copies is available for $30.00, and a signed leatherbound edition of 26 lettered copies was also produced, mostly for free distribution to contributors and guests. |
