Page 34 is a photographic "portrait in Alco Gravure" of Butler and his son, Ellis Olmstead Butler. The photograph is copyright by Norman Butler, New York (relation?). This publication also includes a short "tribute" to Butler from Harvey Jerrold O'Higgins (Canadian-born American journalist, novelist. b. 1876, d. 1929).
