Showers, Duane Spurlock, Jim Rockhill, and Scott Hampton; these copies also included a postcard; a CD-R recording of “Oil on Canvas”, read by the author with music composed and performed by Jeremy Holmstadt; and a hand numbered, limited edition booklet entitled Ghostly Rathmines: A Visitor’s Guide by Brian J. Showers.
