Anthology of 28 stories divided into two sections: the first featuring the rogues represented in the Chamber of Horrors at Madame Tussaud’s, the second looking at the influence their crimes had on society. This is an expansion and revision of an original unpublished fourth volume, then called The Infamous People, which followed on from The Evil People, The Midnight People and The Unspeakable People.
