The first series may have been distributed in Australia with different cover prices, but no other differences, although this cannot be confirmed (and would have caused some confusion as the same covers were reused in the later Australian edition).

From Jul-1964 to Jul-1970 variant versions of the US edition were produced with a UK price on the cover for distribution in the UK and related markets, but these were identical to the US issues.
