    A Basinful of Fun
    A Basinful of Fun was a companion cartoon/short story humour and pin-up magazine to You’ve Had It. Most of the early issues are undated but it seems that by 1950 A Basinful of Fun appeared bi-monthly (probably alternating with You’ve Had It), switching to monthly with the January 1952 issue.

    While the month and year are unknown, the masthead inside shows the flags of the Allies, and “U.S.S.R, U.S.A & US on to Victory” suggesting that WW2 has not ended as yet. “Simon” is noted to be with the British North Africa Forces at time of publication. An illustration on page 34 is dated 1943.     Cover states “Back to Civvies!” indicating the war is over and it is time to return to work; next issue sports another Paul Dupre story featuring Alf Hopkins.
