    Initially an annual anthology of stories from Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine, Alfred Hitchcock’s Anthology soon moved to a twice yearly schedule. Its digest format, and sequential numbering, initially gave it the appearance of a magazine, although from late 1982 each issue was given a specific name,
