Sometimes referred to as the "postwar pulps" (and, in some cases, being the continuation of pulp titles) these magazines specialised in "true stories" of rugged adventure (which often stretched the meaning of the word "true" considerably) but typically contained at least one piece of fiction in each issue. At the moment there are no plans to attempt to index these magazines, although some issues are being indexed as part of the FictionMags Index, but we would always be interested to hear from anyone who has access to some of these magazines and is interested in indexing them – please if you would like to help.
