    Masterworks of Children’s Literature, Volume 6: The Victorian Age ed. Robert Lee Wolff (Stonehill, 1985, 0-7139-1702-4, 453pp, hc, an)
        A nine-volume series tracing children’s literature from earliest times to the twentieth century. The series is under the general editorship of Jonathan Cott. Wolff edited the three volumes covering the Victorian period. Only volume 6 contained fantasy, as it is the only volume in the series devoted to the fairy tale. Published jointly in England by Allen Lane from which details taken. The full introduction by Wolff covering this volume was part of Volume 5.
