The magazine is a distinctly “worthy” one. It is subtitled “A Monthly Paper for Young People” and was “Issued by the Children’s Special Service Mission” in Paternoster Row in London, which is evidently a Christian institution of some kind. In 1915 the magazine was edited by T.B. Bishop, was profusely illustrated with a mixture of photographs and illustrations. |
