Cay Van Ash's "A Question of Time" in The Rohmer Review, No. 17, August, 1977, provides an interesting analysis of the Fu Manchu dates. Other dates are from Master of Villainy and from the "Chronology of Dr. Fu Manchu and Sir Denis Nayland Smith" which was posted without identifying the author. The author was Win Eckert who has added additional material to an updated Chronology at his own site. Many dates are surmised from the fact that the stories were generally published one year after they occurred.
