Note on illustrations: Each of the serial installments and stories listed above has two or more illustrations, ranging from double-spreads to small vignettes. "Without Surrender" was illustrated by Rico Tomaso and Armstrong Sperry, while the remainder of the Moon of Madness stories were illustrated by Will Foster. The Moon of Madness stories also included a number of small photographs. Foster also illustrated all installments of She Who Sleeps. The first three parts of "Fu Manchu and the Panama Canal" were illustrated by Benton Clark and the remaining nine parts by Tesar. Some of the latter illustrations were in two colors. Arnold Freberg's striking portrait of Fu Manchu was the only Liberty cover for any of Rohmer's contributions to that magazine. |
